I am a project manager on multi million dollar global programs and I could not be happier with how they worked with us for an entire weekend of activities. Having a hard time coming up with words to describe how INCREDIBLE the Dos Goats team is. Adam and Christina are OUT OF THIS WORLD amazing at what they do. When we got engaged we weren't sure if we really "needed" to hire a day-of-coordinator, and I can confidently say our wedding wouldn't have been nearly as incredible if it weren't for them. They handled literally everything from attending pre-wedding meetings, final venue walkthrough, running our rehearsal, decorating our venue, coordinating everything with the vendors, making sure our wedding party was on top of it, cleaning up everything at the end of the night, and SO MUCH MORE in between. Adam & Christina are 10000% worth their weight in gold!!!! Planning a wedding was stressful enough and then throw in a pandemic & ever-changing restrictions--we absolutely could not have gotten through all of this without their help and guidance. They are extremely personable & friendly, we usually stayed late after our meetings (when time allowed) just talking about netflix and laughing about other things. However they can both definitely lay down the law when needed (aka firmly tell your distant drunk relative to go away so you don't have to lol). Every time we emailed them we would get a very prompt response, and if I sent them an anxiety-filled-melt-down-covid-panic email Christina was always right on top of things and took care of the issue before I even knew it could be done! Our research had put The Goats on our radar early on, and when our venue listed them as a preferred vendor, we had to meet them. It was love at first site! Christina and Adam never steered us wrong, and when all was said and done, we couldn’t believe the value that they added in guidance, resources, and all-around support. They know what they’re doing, have fantastic connections with great vendors, and we were consistently impressed by their knowledge and hustle. As much as possible, they told us what to expect and how, if possible, to be ready for it. With Christina as our Day-of coordinator, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She helped us through our morning rehearsal, kept us on schedule, took care of the various vendors that were coming and going, and stopped just short of walking us down the aisle (totally would have been a blast though)! Finding and hiring Dos Goats Plans was the most crucial part of our wedding planning. We planned our wedding from out-of-state and signed all of our vendors on our own, but we became overwhelmed by the coordination required to get our wedding day to run smoothly. We were lucky enough to have Dos Goats be our day-of wedding coordinators in August 2023 and they were incredible to work with. From our initial meeting, Adam and Christina were so calm, chill and clearly experienced. They had endless tools, guides, blog posts and resources for us to prepare for our big day. We were a little anxious about all the details and their presence was very reassuring while also making everything feel very manageable. On the day of the wedding, I didn't even have to check my phone or clock once. I had full and complete trust in Adam and Christina to manage us (and our many vendors) throughout the day - and they exceeded expectations. The bridal party was a little slow with hair and makeup, and they made tweaks to our schedule to ensure we still had plenty of time for all of our photos. Ceremony started right on time, and the rest of the evening went incredibly smoothly (even with our many outfit changes and table visits that were a part of our Vietnamese wedding). They balanced flexibility and fun with event flow, and were very patient with our many family members, all of whom were probably trying to be helpful and were likely a handful. At the end of the night, they had packed everything up for us so we could enjoy every minute with our guests and on the dance floor.
Dos Goats worked seamlessly with all of our vendors - if there were issues, they resolved them and it never made it to our attention. They saved us a ton of stress on our wedding day, and a lot of money on rentals. They have a robust inventory of decor that we used to spice up our venue - LED candles, dessert table, centerpieces, card boxes, table numbers, etc. On the day of, they not only kept us on time, but also set up all the decor and our display of mini-desserts. Dos Goats was some of the best money we spent on our wedding. I’m a recovering perfectionist, and when we were looking for a day of coordinator I really struggled with the idea of giving up so much control of our big day to a relative stranger. However from the moment we had our first call with Dos Goats I knew I was putting my wedding day in the best of hands. They were so organized and laid back throughout the whole process that I couldn’t help but be relaxed. The two weeks leading up to the wedding they basically took over the reigns for communicating with all vendors and even picked up our cake to drive it to the venue. The day of the wedding they were so amazing. By the time we got to the venue for first looks they had set up all the signage, the chairs, the dining tables, the favor and memorial tables, and getting our beverages on ice. None of our wedding party or family had to worry about anything besides having a good time and being present during our day. They also made sure my husband and I had a few minutes to ourselves after the ceremony to soak things in and even delivered us our signature cocktails and appetizers to make sure we got to try them. Everything went exactly as I had imagined it and I know it was largely due to Dos Goat’s efforts. My only regret was that we didn’t hire them earlier in the wedding planning process since they had great vendor recommendations and a bunch of decor/sign holders etc. that were included.

As an out-of-state bride planning a southern Minnesota from Iowa there were so many things that Christina and Adam were able to jump on right away. Christina and Adam are INCREDIBLE. We hired them last year for day of coordination for our December 2020 wedding (which has now be postponed to 2021) but back in March, we realized that we needed to elope. In the midst of our state shutting down, they enthusiastically and safely helped us pull off a really special and intimate elopement with a few friends. They helped us find a perfect spot in a park, got flowers, a photographer, and Adam officiated! All of this pulled off in just a couple days after we first approached them.
